"Location is not available" error mainly occurs on Windows 10/8/7 while the user tries to open one or more personal folders (such as Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos, .) folders from shortcut on Windows Explorer.
On the screen the user will see an error message: "Location is not available. C: Users% username %% Folder & is unavailable. Note:
If you only move the corrupted folder to another drive or move to another location, you just need to "bring" the corrupted folder back to its original location and restart your computer.
If you accidentally delete the folder that you open is error, then follow the steps below to fix the error:
1. Open Windows Explorer, then navigate to the following link:
C: Users% Username%
2. Right-click any space, then select New => Folder .
3. Next set a name for the folder with the name of the folder you opened but failed.
For example, if you open the Documents folder and display an error message on the screen, then name the newly created folder Documents.
4. Close the Windows Explorer window, then restart your computer .
