Microsoft urges Windows users to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11 browser

Microsoft has decided to create an opportunity for users to upgrade to IE11 when releasing an update of this operating system version via Windows Update.

Internet Explorer 10 browser - IE10 will be discontinued by Microsoft in 2020. At that time, users will not receive any relevant security or technical support.

Currently only IE 11 is receiving updates from Microsoft for a long time. Therefore, to ensure safety for Windows users, Microsoft decided to create an opportunity for users to upgrade to IE11 when releasing an update of this operating system version via Windows Update. For users of Windows Server 12 and Windows Embedded 8 Standard, IE11 updates will be released via Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) at the end of the year.
