List of 203 money-stealing applications that iPhone and Android users should urgently delete

Below is a list of 203 malicious applications on Android and iOS platforms that have the ability to collect personal information, steal bank accounts and take control of users' devices. The list was released by Thailand's Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DES) and the UK's National Cyber ​​Security Center (NCSC).

According to experts, these malicious applications "hide" under the guise of chat applications, photo editors, keyboards and PDF file converters. But when users install it on the device, the malicious code will run and can harm the device.

DES and NCSC are working with Google and Apple to remove the above malicious applications from the Play Store and App Store.

According to recommendations from DES and NCSC, if you have accidentally installed these applications on your iPhone or Android phone before, you need to immediately remove them from your device.

Experts also recommend that users take many other measures to increase the security of their devices such as using difficult passwords and regularly changing login passwords for frequently used applications.
