1. Register to change driver's license (GPLX) online:

Step 1:

First of all we need to visit the home page to register for a driver's license change.

For those in cities and provinces. HCM then register under the link below:

In Hanoi , we will register under the following link:

Step 2:

At the main interface of the Settlement Agency , we choose the Department of Transportation in the city and province where we live.

For example, here I will register to change driver's license in Hanoi area. The settlement agency will fill the Hanoi Department of Transportation. The receiving location will be No. 2 - Phung Hung - Ha Dong - Hanoi.

Then press Register to continue.

Step 3:

Next are the steps to fill in the driver's license information. Note, the exchange needs to fill in the correct information in order to complete the license change procedure.

In the Driving License Information section, you need to enter the driver license number including both letters and numbers, then press Search .

Step 4:

Soon all the owner information of that driver's license number will appear. Note to those who do not have the information, check that you have entered the correct license number. If you entered it correctly and still don't display the information, then you won't be able to register for online GPLX changes.

Step 5:

The required Information Change section will be needed for those who have changed their new ID card, residence or permanent address. When entering the Residence, we need to enter the Ward / Commune name first and then wait for the list to display, then enter the information. The detailed address is the house number, then the lane / alley / street name.

If we have not exchanged ID cards, we can go through this step.

Step 6:

The registration processing time we choose the corresponding date and time to complete the procedure. The agency will not work on Saturdays and Sundays.

If the time frame you selected has overloaded the registered person, a notification will appear. Just choose another time.

Step 7:

Pull down under the Contact information section, we need to enter personal phone number, email address, ID number. All required information must be filled in correctly in order to receive the authentication code when submitting an online fear or contact GPLX agency.

Step 8:

Check all profile information then click Register below.

Step 9:

If the system reports an error, re-enter the required information and then click Register again. When successful, the email address or phone number you entered will receive an authentication code . We need to get that authentication code to fill in the blank box shown on the screen and click the Submit profile button.

Next there will be a new dialog box asking to re-enter the authentication code again. Once all procedures have been completed, we will receive a notification. You have successfully registered your application online! Please save your profile code and authentication code to look up the progress of processing records!

2. Look up the progress of the application for driving license change:

Step 1:

You go back to the homepage of the vehicle to re-register and click on the Search for progress schedule right above.

Step 2:

We will enter the received profile code and phone number to register the completed file and press the Search button.

If the result of the notification is confirmed , the registration file for GPLX exchange via your network is valid. If the application is rejected, please correct the record and return it.

Finally, we arrive exactly as scheduled, bring with us the original version, original ID and 01 photo, health certificate, 3 x 4 photo.
