To assign, expand the To Do frame in Outlook. Below the schedule, type the required task and press Enter . In this example, I am assigning a team member to research detailed information about Facebook IPO.
Next, right-click the task and select Assign Task from the context menu.
The Task screen appears. Enter the email address of the assigned member. Enter Start date and Due date, status, Priority and% Complete. Then send it to the recipient.
Now, team members can add jobs to their list and send feedback and management status messages in Outlook to do the best job.
You can use this feature via the web or on the corporate intranet. In addition, Outlook has other tools that allow people to stay in touch and coordinate for important projects.
