What is Adaptive Power Mode on iOS 26?
Adaptive Power is called adaptive power mode, which automatically adjusts settings when it detects that the iPhone is using a lot of battery power like shooting video, editing photos, or even playing games.
When your battery usage is higher than usual, iPhone may make small performance adjustments to extend battery life, including slightly reducing screen brightness or allowing some activities to run a little longer. Battery Saver mode may turn on at 20%.
