Forcing the Ellipse Tool to Draw Circles

    Open Microsoft Paint. This program is located in 'Start Menu > Programs > Windows Accessories'.

    Select the Ellipse tool. This tool is the oval button in the toolbar in the 'Shapes' section.

    Press and hold Shift.
