1. Download the Zalo PC software for free

Step 1:

You open the Zalo software on your computer. If there is a notification to update Zalo, proceed with the update as usual.

Step 2:

At the messaging interface on Zalo, we look to the conversation to find the conversation. Then, in the chat frame, right-click and select Search messages .

Step 3:

You look at the menu on the left, the top of the Search messages will appear. We just need to enter the content into that frame and press Enter . You do not need to enter the entire content but can enter a few words that can be remembered. Zalo will automatically scan all old and new chat content that has that keyword.

A chat with that keyword will appear immediately below. We just need to click on it to come to the right conversation content. Keywords will be highlighted in yellow for easy identification.

Step 4:

To find images, link shared posts in the chat group in Zalo , we can find the storage media store. Also in the messaging interface in the chat group Zalo want to find the media file, click on the top right icon interface as shown below.

Step 5:

Soon the Options interface appears next to the chat group. Here, we click the Media store item to find all the files sent on Zalo.

There will be 3 items to store files when we share them on Zalo group, including Images , Documents and Link . If you want to find any file, just click on the item.

Zalo has also provided a completely new separate image viewer , with many different options. When you click on the 3 dots icon, there will be 3 optional items including Copy, View in the folder on the computer and View in the conversation.

Step 6:

In the Modify admin rights interface, we can optionally enable or disable items such as renaming images to represent groups, adding members, marking messages, .

Step 7:
