Samsung is about to launch a 3D virtual assistant called 'Sam'?

Samsung launched the first virtual assistant on May 30, 2012. This assistant is called S Voice and Samsung Galaxy S III is the first smartphone to be integrated. The final version of S Voice was released on August 18, 2017. Meanwhile, at the beginning of the year, on April 21, 2017, Samsung launched a new virtual assistant called Bixby.

Bixby still exists to this day but is not very appreciated compared to competitors such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Siri. Therefore, it seems that Samsung is trying to "turn the bet" by launching a new virtual assistant called "Sam".

Rumors about "Sam" have been popping up on news sites for the past few days. Even a Twitter user named Tech Agent posted a set of photos of this "Sam" assistant.

Why is there a photo? Because this time Samsung decided to "play big" when not only investing in her virtual assistant's intelligence and voice, but also giving her a complete appearance and body.

According to rumors, "Sam" was designed by Lightfarm. The company claims that they have put all their heart into developing materials so that "Sam"'s hair and clothes are as realistic as possible. Also according to Lightfarm, they tried a lot to create a beautiful appearance for "Sam".

Currently, it is not known when Samsung will officially launch this new virtual assistant. Besides, it is not clear whether "Sam" will replace Bixby or just an additional version, used for other types of Samsung services.
