Microsoft recently announced support for Web Authentication in Edge browser, which helps increase security and easily log in without having to remember passwords.

'Security on the web is becoming increasingly important. We trust the browser to process credit card information, personal information and sensitive information such as medical records. All are protected by the old way - passwords. But passwords are hard to remember and insecure - often reused and easily stolen, "Microsoft said.

New features will be available from Windows 10 Insider Preview build 17723 or more, revolving around the hardware used with Windows Hello such as IR Camera, fingerprint sensor and website login.
