Forms provide a convenient and convenient way to represent information and import data from users.

Forms provide a convenient and convenient way to represent information and import data from users. If you are developing an application using Access, it is not rare to have several different forms, each with a different meaning. Through effective use of the Form, you will gradually increase the usefulness of the database.

This chapter has helped you understand how to build your own Forms. Before moving on to chapter 10, make sure you know the following:

• Forms are a tool you can use to change or add information in a table or query. From the user's layout, the Forms will be more convenient in Datasheet mode.

• You can create Forms using the Form Wizards, or create them from scratch.

• You can create a limited number of Forms with Form Wizards. But you will have more options if you create the Form from the beginning.

• Use the Form design toolbox to select objects that can be placed on the Form.

• As with most objects in Access, you can set properties for objects in the Form. These properties define properties to control objects.

In Chapter 10, you'll learn how to use some additional tools provided by Access to make data more logical.
