This change will begin to appear from the updated Windows 10 version of Insider Preview Build 18309 (code 19H1) to be released in April 2019.

The Cortana feature in the installation process was introduced by Microsoft in 2017 and it is expected to be an attractive feature for new users using Windows 10.
