Many iPhone 13 have a 'pink screen' error, Apple thinks it's not a hardware error

A small part of iPhone 13 users are affected by a new screen error. This error causes the entire screen of the device to turn pink. However, Apple's support team thinks that this is basically just a software error, not a hardware error, so users do not need to be too worried.
Most of the cases reported on Apple's forums are described with the general condition that the iPhone screen turns pink, accompanied by phenomena such as jerks, lags, application crashes. Currently not available. There's no official word on what's causing this, but it looks like it's a fixable bug.
Some users say that using the iPhone's reset feature will solve the pink screen error, others contact Apple and get a new phone for free.
According to a report from MyDrivers, in China, Apple is aware of this pink screen bug. An Apple representative said support has received reports indicating this is not a hardware failure but a [iOS] system error.
