Some iPhone 15 Pro Max have serious screen errors

Apple's iPhone 15 Pro Max is reportedly experiencing burn-in issues, adding to the list of problems the company has encountered this year.

iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have encountered some problems since launch. On some devices, the titanium frame does not have any color applied. On other phones, the frame color is uneven. Some iPhone 15 Pro series devices have displays that are not aligned correctly with the edges of the phone. A tweet from the account @tarunvats33 has introduced a worrying new rumor about the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

This person said: 'Apple's iPhone 15 Pro Max is said to be experiencing burn-in issues, adding to the list of problems the company has encountered this year' . Burn-in occurs when an image appears on the screen for too long and remains on the screen no matter what you are doing with the device. This is a problem that can occur with OLED screens. Even when the iPhone 15 Pro Max is turned off, the burn-in image is still clearly visible.

iPhone Pro Max owners who are experiencing burn-in errors have posted information about this problem on Reddit. One image in particular really stands out as the virtual QWERTY keyboard is clearly visible including the letters on each key! The Redditor whose iPhone suffered from keyboard burn-in calmly said: "My problem is relatively rare, I've seen about 5 reports in total. But it's definitely a real problem with the 15 Pro Max." .

The burn-in phenomenon often begins with image retention. This is a shadow image that displayed the screen previously and will disappear over time. So, if your iPhone suffers from burn-in, turn off the device before it goes into a permanent burn-in situation. Certain applications that remain static for long periods of time or have screen elements that do not change, such as Google Maps, are leading contributors to screen burn-in.

Even so, it takes a long time for screen burn-in to occur, which means the iPhone 15 Pro Max screen with this problem may have a manufacturing defect. Either way, Apple should proceed with a replacement plan because this is a hardware issue and a software update won't help. There is a one-year warranty on the new iPhone 15 Pro Max devices, so if your phone suffers from burn-in, you can take it to a service center for assistance.
