Instructions to merge subtitles into videos with Format Factory

Format Factory is a diverse video editing tool. Users can change video format, cut, merge or even insert subtitles directly into the video.

Instructions for pairing video subtitles with Format Factory

First of all, download Format Factory software by the link below:

  1. Download Format Factory software

Step 1:

You need to have a subtitle file for the video you want to insert sub. Video names and subtitles must be the same and unmarked

Step 2:

We start the Format Factory program. Program interface will be in English, you can change to Vietnamese for easy use.

At the main interface, click on the Language item, then click Select more languages .

Step 3:

Next, drag down the horizontal bar and navigate to Vietnam and then click OK .

Soon, Format Factory interface will change to Vietnamese language .

Step 4:

Also in the main interface, we choose the format for the video to insert subtitles . Here, my video has the .mp4 format, so choose MP4.

Step 5:

The next step will appear to customize the video settings panel. Click on Add file (Add File). Soon the folders appear on the computer. Go to the folder containing the video to add subtitles and click Open .

Step 6:

Next, at the custom settings interface for the video, you can change the Output Folder for the video (Output Folder) when clicking the down arrow. After that, we click on the Setting item above.

Step 7:

The interface of Video Settings window appears. Here, scroll down under Integrated subtitles (Addtitional Subtitle). Below, click on the Integrated subtitles item (srtl; ass; ssa; idx) . Click on the 3 dots icon at the end of the line.

We find the folder containing the subtitle file we want to insert, then click Open to open the file. Finally click OK (OK) to continue inserting the sub for the video.

Step 8:

Click the OK button again to continue. Returning to Format Factory's main interface, users will see the video name appear. We click on the Start button above to proceed with the subtitle match for the video.

You wait for the time to complete inserting subtitles to 100%. The software will have a small window to announce the completion of the voice on the right side of the computer interface. The time to insert subtitles directly into the video depends on the size and duration of the video.

Now we just need to go to the output storage folder for the video to open the sub-inserted video. The steps are quite simple, you just need to have video and subtitle file to Format Factory to perform subtitle insertion.
