Here are instructions to enable the Hey Copilot Windows 11 command.
How to enable Hey Copilot command Windows 11
Step 1:
At the Copilot interface on Windows 11, click on the sidebar icon and then click on your profile picture . Then the user selects Settings in the displayed list.
Step 2:
Go to the settings interface, scroll down to the Listen for Hey, Copilot setting and then enable it to use .
Once you've completed the steps, you can summon Copilot with the 'Hey, Copilot' voice command, similar to the previous feature available with Cortana for Windows 10. You can also ask Copilot many questions you care about, such as 'Hey, Copilot, what's the weather today?'.
You can always end the conversation by clicking the X button in the interface or waiting a few seconds without speaking.

If you don't want to use this Hey Copilot command anymore, just turn off the Listen for 'Hey, Copilot'' setting in Copilot settings on Windows 11.
This feature is available since Copilot version 1.25051.10.0 and will be rolled out to everyone in the near future.
