How to turn off call notifications on Zalo

However, users can still turn off message notifications on Zalo separately and turn off call notifications on Zalo. Instructions for turning off call notifications on Zalo

Step 1:

At the interface on Zalo, click on the Personal icon below. Switch to the new interface, click on the gear icon to view the settings on the application.

Step 2:

In the interface as shown, scroll down and click on Notifications to adjust. You will now see notification adjustment options on the Zalo application, go to the Calls section to adjust.

 

To turn off call notifications on Zalo, you just need to deactivate it at Incoming call notification .

Now Zalo asks if you want to turn off incoming call notifications on Zalo for all calls. Click Turn off notifications to not receive notifications.

So you have successfully turned off call notifications on Zalo. From now on you will not receive notifications from any calls on Zalo, including Zalo voice calls and Zalo video calls.

 

How to turn off Zalo call notifications from friends

In case you only want to turn off Zalo call notifications from a specific person, without having to turn off all Zalo call notifications, you can add the person you want to turn off.

Step 1:

First, you also access Settings on Zalo and then click on Notifications. Next we click Turn off notifications from friends calls . Display the interface for you to add people who want to turn off Zalo call notifications, click the plus icon in the right corner to add.

Step 2:

Displays the friend list interface so we can choose to add them to the call notification blocking list. Click on the person you want to add then click the arrow icon below and you're done.

With the list of turning off Zalo notifications from friends, you can click Delete to remove them from this list.
