How to prevent iPhone from automatically recording voice messages
IOS has the feature of automatically recording voice messages on iMessage, so sometimes you will encounter the problem of voice messages accidentally sent to others unintended because you accidentally manipulated by mistake.
This is a pretty convenient feature, but it can sometimes be annoying when you text with iMessage. When in the iMessage message interface, if you hold your phone up and hold it against your ear like when you hear a phone, the device will automatically start recording and when you put the phone down the process will stop, and you press Send to send. But sometimes the device's sensor will misunderstand when the device move is done similarly and automatically recording.
You can turn off this feature if you feel unnecessary and annoying.
Doing
• On an iOS device, go to Settings> Messages.
• Next, scroll down to the bottom of the interface. In the Audio Messages section, turn off the Raise to Listen option.
Note: Disabling the Raise to Listen option will prevent your iPhone from automatically recording, and also prevent the iPhone from being manipulated to hear received voice messages, which you have to touch to listen.
