Step 1: Open Skype, on the toolbar, click on the View menu, select Split Window View.

Step 2: Now, you just need to click on any account in the directory, the chat frame will automatically split into separate Windows. The main interface will only display contacts.

Step 3: If you want to return to Skype interface like at first, click on View menu on the toolbar, select Single Window View.
