2. For those of you using the Firefox browser
Step 1 : Open FireFox browser, press Ctrl + Shift + A or do as shown below to open the utility management page.
Step 2 : In the utility management page, look to see if the IDM Integration Module utility has been turned on, if not, as shown below, select Enable to enable.
Step 3 : If your browser does not have the IDM Integration Module installed , follow these steps:
First, click on the installation icon and then select Install Add-on Form File (Install the utility from the file)
The file browse window appears, navigate to the IDM installation directory by the following path:
C: Program Files (x86) Internet Download Manager if it is windows 64bit.
Or C: Program Files Internet Download Manager if it's 32bit windows.
There will be .xpi files which are the files to install the IDM Integration Module utility, the files have the same name but just the number at the end. File with the largest numbered extension means the latest version. Please choose the latest version then click Open to install, if not, try to install each file. After installation is complete, try to see if IDM has caught the link or not.
After installing, go to Youtube to see if IDM has started the link:
