How to connect the PS4 controller to a phone

If you already have a PS4 controller, you can take advantage of this controller to play some of your favorite games right on your phone. If you do not know how to connect to the PS4 controller, the article below will help you find the answer.

1. Connect the PS4 controller (dualshock 4) on Android

Step 1: You press and hold the PS (1) and Share (2) buttons on the dualshock 4 handle until the led light flashes to turn on Bluetooth connection mode.

Step 2: Go to settings, select Bluetooth (1) => Turn on bluetooth and select Wireless Controller device (2).

Step 3: Click Pair to connect to Dualshock 4 and your phone. You will then see the status Connected to done. 

Step 4: You can rename the device by touching the arrow icon (1) => Rename (2).

Step 5: Touch the Wireless Controller (1) and rename (2) => OK (3).

2. Connect the PS4 controller (dualshock 4) on iOS

From iOS 13 or later, PS4 controllers are supported with the same functionality as mobile gaming controllers.

Step 1: Press and hold the PS (1) key and the Share key (2) for 5-10 seconds until the led light flashes.

Step 2: Go to Settings and tap on Bluetooth (1). Next, turn on bluetooth and select the DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller (2) device.

Once the status of Connected is displayed successfully.
