For example, users can message a store right on Google Maps via Messages to ask if there are still shoes you love in the warehouse without having to call directly to check.

This new feature will be added to Google Maps on both Android and iOS. When using the application, users will see in the left corner of the screen the 'Messages' button that allows users to message with the business you find in Google Search and Maps.

To be able to receive user messages from Google Maps, businesses need to register and enable Google My Business, a Google app to help businesses stay in touch with their customers in real time and on the road. They can access Google Play Store or App Store to download this app.

With this new feature of Google Maps users can get in touch with the business without looking for information on the web or social networks.
