1. Make the volume louder

To have your iPhone play louder, go to  Settings  >  Music  >  EQ .

In the EQ section  , you choose  Late Night . Now the volume on your iPhone will be 20% louder.

2. Password lock for important content

You often have to take note of important content and want them to be secure. Go to the Notes app   > long press on the note> select  Lock Note .

Note : For older iPhone models from iPhone 6/6 Plus and below, you swipe from right to left on the note and select the Lock icon  .

Enter your password and click  OK  . Your password is now required to view that note.

3. Correct spelling mistakes and delete whole paragraphs with just one action

Press the spacebar ( Space ) and start sliding, you will have a moving cursor, useful for quickly spelling some words in any text. Also, if you accidentally type a very long message but realize that you have to delete it, shake your iPhone to  Undo  delete the text.

4. Create a unique vibration pattern for any contact

You go to  Settings  >  Sound & Touch  >  Ringtone .

Next, choose  Vibrate , scroll down to  Customize  and choose  Create New Vibrance .

Finally, you touch the screen to create a new vibration pattern. Then give it a name and hit  Save . You can now set a new vibration pattern for your contacts.

5. New features of iOS 14 make many people wonder

If you just own an iPhone 12 or just upgraded to iOS 14, don't be afraid of the blue or orange dots appearing on your phone screen. A green dot indicates the camera is on, and an orange dot indicates Micro is on. For example, when you use the TikTok app, two blue and orange dots appear simultaneously, indicating that the app is using both the camera and the microphone. This will help to control your iPhone battery life.
