Google+ social network site developers have added new features that are useful for their services.

This feature allows members to use the webcam to take photos and upload them as avatars on the profile page (each person's own account).

Along with that, users can also send personal messages to friends to inform about changing their profile picture.

Developer Denise Ho of Google said: " To start using the new feature, go to the Google+ profile page, click on the Edit profile section and choose to change the picture. Next, select the web camera on the left. Your browser needs Flash support to use this feature. And now let's smile and save that moment via webcam to post to Google+. "

" Once you're done, you can choose to send your friends a new profile picture, " Ho added.
