Scientifically proven: Beer yeast genes can attack viruses invading the body
It is merely a specific gene in the type of mushroom that is often used to produce beer, food ... however, the mission of this gene is no different from that of the body's immune system which makes the medical community extremely shocking period.
Just a specific gene in yeast that is often used to produce alcohol, food . however, the mission of this gene is no different from that of the body's immune system. extremely stunned.
For decades, people have known how to use Saccharomyces cerevisiae to make wine, beer, food processing . And a new discovery by Idaho and University of Colorado scientists. Boulder showed that a gene in this yeast has the ability to attack, against invading viruses like any other in the human body.

The gene we want to talk about is called XRN1 , which is a special gene found in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
The new discovery shows that the XRN1 gene is a specific protein gene capable of helping cells clean up RNA in old, aging, diseased cell molecules.
Not only that, this gene also has the ability to lay down the defense protein gene against viruses that enter the host, specifically the human body through the mechanism of breaking the RNA attack in the virus. Especially with many viruses that transmit disease through the way of digesting food, dirty food, infections, dirty water .
In addition, the team has interchanged several of the original primitive gene locations in the body with the XRN1 gene extracted from Saccharomyces cerevisiae in a biochemical environment containing many invading viruses.
The results showed that, compared to the original gene and the immune system, the XRN1 gene has the function to resist many viruses in no way. This is a new medical breakthrough that has just been found in the XRN1 gene. If it is possible to duplicate or transplant this gene into a high-density human body, it is hoped to open a new era to help cope with the disease caused by bacteria and viruses.
