This feature has been started by Evernote over the past few months but it has only been applied to a small number of Premium and Business users.
2-layer security is a security method that requires users to use up to 2 layers of passwords to log in to the service. In addition to the traditional password, users will be provided with a login code sent by Evernote via phone number. This way of making your account safer.
Evernote users can now use this feature. To activate, you access the Security section of Evernote web version and click on the activation button of 2-layer password. If you are a free user, you need to install another type of validation application like Google Authenticator.
