New service Microsoft 365 encapsulates the OS, Office and Microsoft security tools

At the Microsoft Inspire conference held on July 10, Microsoft announced a new service called Microsoft 365, which will include three of its earlier separate services, Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security.

According to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, this new product is aimed at businesses, which reduces the cost of buying and integrating the operating system with other device management and office suite software from other companies.

Microsoft 365 will be Microsoft's big step, offering Windows OS as a monthly pay service instead of buying once as before. Windows 10 was also sold this way but only Windows 10 Enterprise versions. This statement offers more options and is a more solid step for Microsoft, moving away from the previous model of commercial copyright trading.

Microsoft 365 Enterprise for large businesses

The company said that Microsoft 365 will include two options: Microsoft 365 Enterprise for large businesses and Microsoft 365 Business for small businesses. The difference lies in the services included in it. For example, users of Microsoft 365 Enterprise will use Windows 10 Enterprise edition while Microsoft 365 Business users will use Windows 10 Professional version.

Both Enterprise and Business users can access their employees' Office 365 accounts, along with Enterprise and Enterprise Mobility + Security, cloud services to manage employee accounts, mobile devices, virtual computers and Other security services.

Microsoft 365 Enterprise will include Microsoft 365 E3 and Microsoft 365 E5, both of which can start buying from August 1, 2017. The price is not yet determined but each company can choose a limit (quota) based on the number of computers they use.

Microsoft 365 Business is for small companies

Smaller companies with up to 300 employees are Microsoft 365 Business, starting the Preview version from August 2, 2017 and can buy from this year's collection. Microsoft 365 Business will cost $ 20 per user per month.

The move to Microsoft 's registered revenue model explained the rumor last week that they are preparing to lay off thousands of sales staff. For more detailed information, visit the Microsoft 365 address.
