Microsoft is taking the final steps before introducing the first Technical Preview version of the new Windows in early October. And it seems that software giant Microsoft is also testing a new version of the popular Office suite and may have a release schedule that coincides with the time of the new Windows announcement.

Office 16 will have a feature called "Tell Me" , similar to Office Online, so users can type questions to get the help of the software. For example, to insert Video into text, you can type: How do I insert video? , the machine will help you insert videos into text as well as easy presentations. This feature is quite similar to Clippy on Office 2003 and earlier. However Tell Me does not have animations like Clippy but it is just a simple light bulb.

Office 16 uses the same flat area Office 2013 (Office 15) with the traditional Ribbon interface. But Microsoft also made Office 16 much flatterer by using a darker interface than previous versions to protect users' eyes when working for long periods of time. Office 16 will have black, gray, white and gray and white interfaces.

Besides, Office 16 can also automatically detect the dimensions of an inserted image and turn it back properly, avoiding the situation where the image is rotated horizontally as before. Outlook email synchronization capabilities have also been improved, with email sync time options available to be reduced to 1, 4, 7 or 14 days, instead of the same month as before. This will be very useful for Windows devices with limited memory, avoiding memory leaks when downloading data for the entire month.
