Instructions for creating Windows shortcuts Update on Windows 10
Almost every setup page has its own URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) that allows you to open any installation page directly with a special command. And you can pin the settings to the Start Menu but cannot directly access the specific settings on the Desktop.
On Windows 10 , Microsoft has ' transformed ', changed to remove the application to Control Panel, to bring more suitable space on all smart devices.

However, if you know URI then you can easily create shortcuts on your computer to access your favorite settings.
Open the Direct Settings window
Press the Windows + R key combination to open the Run command window. On the Run command window, enter the following command and press Enter to open the Windows Update settings window directly:
ms-settings: windowsupdate
Or enter the following command to open the live Notifications & actions window:
ms-settings: notifications
Create Destop Shortcut
Select a setting you want to access, then copy the setup path.
Suppose the path is ms-settings: windowsupdate to access the Windows Update settings page directly.
Right-click any space on the Desktop, then select New => Shortcut . Now a new window appears, where you paste the Windows Update URI into the Type the location of the item box and click Next.
Name the shortcut, such as Windows Update, and click Finish .
Just double-click the shortcut you just created and the screen will display the Settings page you specified.
Right-click the Windows Update Shortcut, click Properties . On the Windows Update Properties window, click the Document tab and then click the Change icon button.
Select any icon you want and click OK .
You can now access Windows Update right on the Desktop screen. If you want, you can pin the shortcut to the Taskbar, All apps.
