This price of Pavilion 14 Chromebook is higher than that of competitors from Samsung (US $ 249) or Acer (US $ 199) and owns the same configuration of Acer C7. Specifically, the device integrates Intel Celeron 847 processor with 1.1 GHz speed and 2 GB RAM. Besides, although Samsung's Chromebook has a more eye-catching design, it is only equipped with a lower ARM processor.

Like most Chromebooks, Pavilion 14 Chromebook is equipped with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and 16 GB internal memory, but users will receive an additional 100 GB of free storage space on Google Drive in 2 first year.

HP Pavilion 14 Chromebook is about 20.32 mm thick and weighs 1.82 kg, the heaviest of all Chromebooks currently on the market.

In addition, HP's Chromebook has built-in HDMI ports, 3 USB 2.0 ports, SD card reader and even Ethernet, which Samsung's latest Chromebook is missing.

According to HP, the batteries installed inside Pavilion 14 Chromebook last for about 4 hours and 15 minutes.
