On Macs that support macOS 13, you go to Apple's Beta Program page and then join the macOS 13 Beta testing program. Next, you go to the system section to check and download macOS 13 Ventura.

Note : It is important to mention twice that iOS 16 Beta, iPadOS 16 Beta, watchOS 9 Beta and macOS 13 Beta are experimental versions and will definitely have many potential problems. If your device has many applications and serves important work, do not risk installing them. What you get will not be worth the inconvenience you will face.

Also, back up your device before installing beta software so you can restore your data if something goes wrong during the process.

Good luck!
