Blue light from the computer is one of the factors that causes eye damage and causes us to lose sleep at night. If we often surf the web at night with Chrome browser, with the utility below we can safely surf at night without eye damage.
Step 1: The Night Shift utility built into Chrome will help us filter blue light easily and effectively. You can download the Night Shift utility here:

You click on Add to Chrome to add to Chrome .
Step 2: The message appears, click Add extension to continue.
Step 3: After the notice that Night Shift has been added to Chrome is done.
Step 4: Open any webpage and click on the Night Shift icon . To turn Night Shift on and off , click on the green tick (1) . Set the color temperature in Color Temperature (2) . If you set it to the right, the color temperature is warmer while the color temperature is colder to the left. You can choose your preferred color in the Colors section (3).
Step 5: To set the utility to automatically filter blue light when it is dark, you can go to Schedule and select Custom and set your preferred time period with From (from) to (to):
