Error on Android Pie makes Pixel XL phone unable to charge fast
Google marks the status of this error as 'Won't Fix' (will not fix) and close the topic.
OS updates often don't eliminate any important features on the device, but it seems that this is what Android 9 Pie is doing with the Pixel XL phone.
Many Pixel XL users say their phones are no longer charging fast after upgrading to Android 9. This error is reported to Google's Issue Tracker group but it seems that Google will not handle this issue when the status is This error has now been closed and labeled as 'Won't Fix (Infeasible)'.(impossible)
Of course, saying that I will not fix the problem, especially an important feature of phone removal, is unacceptable. The user again reported an error on the Issue Tracker after the first report was closed. And this time, the state is defined as 'Assigned' (so specified) so maybe Pixel users can breathe.
'Some users said they tried to use different cables and chargers, restarted the computer, and even restored the original settings to fix the error but it was still not helpful'.
Android Pie makes fast charging useless
Perhaps this error has nothing to do with third-party products because even the Pixel XL's genuine charger is unusable.'I have 4 chargers, one is not genuine, 2 is genuine - one is a 6p charger and the other is from a Google store', a Pixel user said, 'but none of it is used, even if it is charged. Charging or Charging Slowly. Before using Pie, it never happened. '
Gizmodo said that perhaps this Android group could not fix it, but a Pixel group. So it was marked as 'Won't Fix' and was closed very quickly.Google has not yet responded, but hopefully everything will be back to normal soon, because an important feature is now useless.
