Chinese students invented a flip-flop device in a flash

Recently, at a science exhibition at Changchun University of Science and Technology, China, a group of students at the University of Electrical and Information Technology in Jilin introduced a homemade device that could flip books. at a glance without using your hands to support the elderly or disabled when reading a book.

Qi Huanqiang, one of the five authors of the invention, said the team used technology that senses the brain's signals to create this device.

At the exhibition, Qi directly used this device to perform in front of everyone. Qi wore a sensor tape connected to the device, every time he blinked, a page was flipped over. The headband plays a role in detecting and turning brain waves into digital signals, then sending them to a flip device using Bluetooth.

Qi said, his team has completed the device to turn this page in just one week and affirmed it is a useful device for many people, from the elderly to the disabled. In particular, the price of this product is quite cheap.

This discovery by a group of students who received many positive suggestions and encouraged to create more meaningful products in the future.

However, there are also doubts about the effectiveness and practicality of this product because the device can only flip through the new page, but cannot turn back.
