Apple Pencil already has a USB-C port

Apple has announced the latest generation of its pen for iPad - Apple Pencil, which comes with USB-C.

The Apple Pencil 3 "has a more affordable price", reduces some of the features of the Apple Pencil 2, and will receive some notable upgrades to provide a better user experience.

In terms of design, the Apple Pencil has two straight beveled sides to give a firm grip, similar to the Apple Pencil 2. At the end of the pen there is a sliding cover for the USB-C port to charge the pen. Therefore, the new Apple Pencil has omitted the wireless charging feature compared to the Apple Pencil 2.

The Apple Pencil 3 can also attach magnetically to the side of the iPad.

In terms of features, the new Apple Pencil will have cuts compared to the Apple Pencil 2 such as not supporting pressure sensitivity, wireless pairing and charging, not having the double tap feature to switch pens, switching drawing tools and Name engraving is not allowed for free.

This accessory will cost $79 and will be available in early November.
