2013 MacBook Pro suffers from many errors

The MacBook Pro 2013 has a user error with trackpad and keyboard. In addition, some users said that it is not possible to install Windows on a Mac using Apple's Boot Camp utility.

Not long after being sold, Apple's 2013 Retina MacBook Pro seems to be in error and complained by many users. In particular, on Apple's support community (Apple Support Communities) there are a lot of posts that have feedback on errors that occur on both 13-inch and 15-inch versions.

Many people said their laptop had a keyboard error and the trackpad was locked on a 13-inch version. In addition, users also have difficulty installing Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 via Apple's Boot Camp utility on both models. This error seems to come from the partition that Boot Camp created to install Windows 8. A user pointed out the solution for this error is to select some options in Boot Camp Assistant.

On a topic longer than 14 pages on the Apple forum, the trackpad and keyboard of the 13-inch version encountered a random lock during use. And it seems that the only remedy for this situation is to reset the "hot" machine.

A small survey also showed that all three configuration versions of this 13-inch model are faulty. It is not clear whether this is a hardware or software error, and Apple has not yet officially spoken about it.

Apple launched the new MacBook Pro 2013 with 2 Retina 13 and 15 inch screen versions of the event on October 23 last. Newly upgraded machines to Haswell chips help improve battery life and CPU and graphics performance.

It has a starting price of 1299 USD for 13-inch version and 1999 USD for 15-inch version. In Vietnam, the lowest version has the code ME864 and is sold for 30 million VND for 13-inch Retina configuration, Intel Core i5 2.4 GHz chip, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD.
