When sitting and working with computers all day and entertaining with smartphones, sometimes we easily forget and ignore the natural, simple things right next to us. We are often excited by phone bells, facebook notifications, news changes and app updates, making us ignore the validation and assessment of everything with our basic senses - Things are essential for mental and emotional health.

Whether it is a long week without digital media, one afternoon there is no beloved phone next to it, or simply half an hour of mindfulness practice, leaving the computer screen to rest, feel the life around. Spiritual reloading and reconnection with nature, not Wifi networks is a great choice to "detox" the body from modern technology. Forget the click, forget the feeling of fingers sliding on the phone screen so your hands can feel the simplest things of nature.

Feeling light spread on each finger, passing through the fingers like when we were little.
