Microsoft will also make major updates to Outlook after Google reforms Gmail

Google has just released Gmail updates with many new features and now it's time for Microsoft to follow, upgrade Outlook.

First of all, Outlook Calendar will have a bill reminder tool. Outlook automatically finds an email with an invoice, creates a calendar according to it, and displays a notification when the date expires. This feature will be available on Outlook.com.

Outlook on Windows also offers event venue suggestions, Bing-based meeting rooms and recently used meeting rooms. Outlook on iOS also analyzes the location, address, and traffic situation to see when it is reasonable.

Microsoft will also add privacy options, allowing Outlook Windows and web users to authorize or prevent forwarding of event invitations on the calendar.

Outlook will support multiple time zones, versions for iOS and Android will be supported by proxy to connect to servers to receive mail. Mobile users will also be alerted when responding to email with BCC.

Other updates on iOS and Android also include syncing draft folders, Office Lens for capturing and sharing details on an image, marking a contact as a favorite.

'Important contacts are always displayed first when searching on mobile as well as message folders to quickly find the right person. You can also mark contacts as mobile favorites, as you are doing on the web, and these tags are also unified to be easily found on the web , 'Microsoft explained.

Users can also block external content in email, such as images, or reply to messages quickly with a special dialog box at the bottom of the screen. Quick feedback will be available on Android in May, while the Mac will be available later this summer. Outlook on iOS now has this feature.
