Preliminary assessment of low-cost iPad for Apple's new education
The new iPad brings a very . iPad feel, with 9.7 inch screen, bezel border, Touch ID sensor, buttons and camera. Most notable is the ability to support the Apple Pencil pen like the iPad Pro and the new A10 processor.
Like the previous iPad, it has a 10-hour battery life, 8-megapixel rear camera supports 1080p video, FaceTime H front camera, supports optional LTE and weighs about half a pound. The major shortcoming is that the device is not connected to Smart Keyboard.
The space below the screen is the same as before - quite large compared to the iPad Pro. The screen, although not as divine True Tone as the Pro version, is still alive and has the necessary quick response.

The event attracted many students and students involved
The demo of the AR classroom application is also quite good, although not too impressive but not laggy. It takes time to confirm, but it is clear that the A10 Fusion processor can do the job.
Demo at Lane Tech does not really focus on hardware but software demos in the classroom. This is understandable because it is the goal of this event. Tim Cook walks around, looking at drones, AR tests . with students around.
In general, events that are geared towards experience, rather than introducing hardware or displaying speed, should be very interesting, even though it is difficult to convey to people who are not directly involved.
