Insert the tool button icon out of the screen.

Method 1:

1. Go to Tools / Customize . (Or right-click on the toolbars, select Customize .)

2. Customize the dialog box, select the Commands tab

Select the menu name in the Categories section, and the tool button icon in the Commands section corresponding to the menu selected. (On the drawing is an example of giving the tool button to type the mathematical formula of the Insert menu out of the screen)

3. Use the mouse to hold and drag the tool icon to the position you want to place on the toolbars,

4. Release the mouse

Method 2:

1. Notice that at the end of each toolbar there is a downward triangle, click it:

2. Select Add or Remove Buttons Forms (Toolbar name). And tick the tool button to show it out.

Set shortcut for tool button

1. Go to Tools / Customize . (Or right-click on the toolbars, select Customize .)

2. Customize the dialog box, select the Commands tab

Select the Keyboard button .

3. Export the Customize Keyboard dialog box

Select the menu name in the Categories section, and the tool name in the Commands section corresponding to the menu selected.(On the drawing is an example of placing a shortcut for the math formula tool on the Insert menu)

4. Type the shortcut key combination you want to set (Here for example: use 2 keys Ctrl + Backspace as shortcut key combination), select Assign button to assign. And soon you will see the shortcut key appears in the Current keys section:

5. Select the Close button to exit.

Thus, when you need to use the above tool button, you do not need to use the mouse or go to menus but just type the correct shortcut key set.

* And to remove icons from the toolbar you just need: Press the Alt key in combination with the left mouse button to drag and drop the icon to the text editor screen; and release the hand.
