How to use PixelDrive to save, compress photos online
PixelDrive is a free image compression and archiving service that supports 1GB of storage space.
To easily post photos on Facebook, or send files via Gmail, you often choose to compress images to reduce file size, making it easier to upload files. There are many tools to reduce the image size but still keep the image quality.
PixelDrive has a basic feature that reduces the size of multiple images at the same time, helping you work faster when processing images. Instructions for using PixelDrive save images online
Step 1:
Users access the link below to visit PixelDrive's homepage.
- https://app.pixeldrive.co/index.php/login
On the first page the service will require users to enter the account. If not, you can click Register to register a new account, or via Facebook, Google.
If you register via mail, you need to click the Request verification link button to receive an account confirmation link.
Step 2:
Next you create the name, enter the password and then click Create account to create the account.
Step 3:
Access the PixelDrive homepage again. At the page interface we drag and drop files into the interface Files or click the square icon plus select Upload file or New folder to download data.
The service then proceeds to compress the image and then upload the image for storage on PixelDrive.
Step 4:
After successfully compressing and downloading, you will see the entire image with capacity after compression. We can choose to arrange uploaded images for easy management.
Each photo will have a sharing option, click on the share icon . It will then display the interface to the right of the screen with all the information of the image, size, image name.
Enter the email account address you want to send, select the Enable button in the Share link section to send the image link, then click the arrow icon to the right to send mail.
Step 5:
Continue clicking the 3 dots icon in the image will add other options including adding to favorite photo list (Add to favorites), image details (Details), renaming (Rename) transferring or copying (Move or copy), download photos (Download), or delete photos (Delete).
Step 6:
In addition to managing list-style images, you can also click on the Gallery icon to change the image view. There is also an icon to upload photos, arrange data.
Step 7:
The Deleted files area is a place to store images that users have deleted on the service so they can retrieve them when needed.
Step 8:
In case the user wants to manage account information, click on the avatar in the upper right corner of the screen, select Settings .
Step 9:
At this interface you will see all the account information, including 1GB of free storage usage.
To delete an account click on Delete account in the list to the left of the interface.
Continue clicking Check this to confirm the deletion request then click Delete my account .
PixelDrive is an online photo storage site, but with image compression. Although the image size is negligible compared to other image compression tools, PixelDrive is a good choice when it comes to providing many other useful features.
