The touch features support on Chrome test version.

Supporting friendly touch gestures will be available on Chrome version on tablet, touch laptop running Windows 8 or laptop computers running Chrome OS. These new tweaks are included in the Bleeding Edge feature in the Canary Build test.

Supported operations include swipe your finger right or left to enter the Back (Forward) or forward (Forward) command in the website access history as well as zoom.

Two new additions will help Chrome work quite like Internet Explorer 10 is used on devices running Windows 8 with touch screens. IE10 is still the only browser that supports swipe and touch gestures of the Windows 8 computer on the market.

The new feature set, after being tested in stability, will also be available for the version of Chrome that works on Windows 8's Modern UI.
