According to Neowin , if you are not a fan of Cortana, now you can easily remove it completely from Windows 10. This is necessary when Cortana has some problems in the past, including the tried with Windows 10 2004 version, or was limited to some countries. Whatever the reason, users can now run a simple PowerShell file to uninstall Cortana.

- Open the Start menu and type PowerShell.
- Right-click on PowerShell in Windows Search and select Run as Administrator.
- Click Yes if you receive the prompt of the Windows UAC command line window.
- Enter 'Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.549981C3F5F10 | Remove-AppxPackage 'in PowerShell and press Enter.
This will uninstall Cortana from the device's system. If the user temporarily removed Cortana to fix the problem and wants to reinstall Cortana, you can follow the steps below:
- Open Microsoft Store.
- Search Cortana.
- Click 'Get' to download and install Cortana.
This will install the digital assistant again on Windows 10. Once completed, users can launch Cortana by clicking the icon on the taskbar. If you can't see the Cortana icon then make sure it's not hidden. Users can test it by right-clicking on the taskbar and making sure that Show Cortana button is checked. The new Cortana applications are currently available in 13 countries and 9 languages.
