Instructions to fix Netflix error that does not open the next episode automatically
1. Activate AutoPlay Next Episode mode
Check to see if you have enabled AutoPlay Next Episode mode on Netflix. If this mode is turned off, Netflix will not automatically open the next episode.
You need to access your Netflix profile and then select Manage Profiles . Next, click on your profile again and activate Autoplay Next Episode mode .
2. Exit and reopen the Netflix app
If the Autoplay Next Episode feature is enabled but the error still occurs when Netflix does not automatically open the next episodes, we should close the application completely and then reopen it.
3. Restart the Netflix application
If the above error still occurs, you should turn off the device completely then restart the device to delete all open programs on the phone and then restart from the beginning.
4. Connect to WiFi on your phone
It's possible that your phone's mobile data plan is about to expire, so Netflix can't switch to new episodes. If so, you can try connecting to WiFi on your phone and watching movies on Netflix to fix the error of not being able to automatically open new episodes on your phone.
In case the data package is still usable, we can access Netflix settings and set mobile data usage to maximum.
Click on the 3 dashes icon and select App Setting to proceed. Next, click on Mobile Data Usage and then select Maximum Data to use the data package to the maximum.
5. Update Netflix to the latest version

6. Delete and reinstall Netflix
