How to convert commas into dots in Excel

Instructions to convert commas into Excel dots
In this data sheet, commas are used to separate units in Excel. That requirement is to convert commas into dots separating units.
Step 1:
In Excel interface, we click on the Office icon and select Excel Options .
Step 2:
Switch to the new interface you click on Advanced then look to the right of the Use system separators section, uncheck the check box . Then you fill the dots on the Decimal separator as the decimal number and Thousands separator is the number of thousands. Click OK to save.
Soon comma separates the number units on Excel that have been converted to dots.
In addition, we can use dots for decimal separators and commas for separating thousands, depending on the user's needs.
In Excel 2003 , the implementation will be different. At the interface click on the Tools tab and select Options .
Then switch to the new interface and click on International and uncheck the Use system separators section . Finally you change the value for the Decimal separator as the decimal numbers and Thousands separator is the thousands of numbers for each other then confirm OK.
Basically, the operation to change the dot to a comma on Excel with the versions is the same, you also need to remove the automatic separation of the system and then adjust it according to your needs We can use the same type of separator or two types of markers at the same time.
