Google recently announced the addition of 60 additional languages for instant translation (Instant) on Google Translate, including Vietnamese. Up to the present time, the app that translates directly through Google's camera has supported a total of 88 languages. With this translation application, users just need to turn on the application, put the camera towards the text to be translated, Google will immediately replace it with the language to be converted.
The interface when the translation will be changed, there are 3 options that users can choose are Instant (direct translation), Scan (text scanning) and Import (taken from an existing document).
According to Google's statement, the direct translation feature of Google Translate has been improved, the text after conversion is more natural and has reduced by more than 50% compared to the old version.
The application can automatically detect the type of writing when it comes to the camera, so in the process of using the user, there is no need to pre-select the language.
Currently, Google limits only some accounts to be upgraded to the new version of Google Translate. Google said it will bring the new version to most users this month.
