Google is about to update the new search algorithm

At the Search On 2021 event that just ended this morning, Google announced its new search algorithm called the Multitasking Unified Model (MUM).

This new Google search algorithm update will affect billions of users on this planet. The focus of this algorithm is that each answer will lead to a new question, in order to maximize the content of the user's search with the least number of searches possible.

Google's new MUM model is trained in 75 languages with the ability to understand text and images, and in the future will expand to video and audio.

The biggest innovation in Search On this year is Google Lens - Google's smartphone image search engine. New enhancements allow users to question something else they want to find instead of what they've seen. For example, you can ask questions to search for a new shirt based on colors and patterns found on an image of a dress.

Google will update the new search experience with Google Lens on iOS and Google Chrome first. This means that users can continuously search for images on the website instead of having to download or capture and select each image as before.

In addition, the Google search engine has also been improved to shorten the search time for users. Currently, when searching for a topic on Google, users will see related topics appear as suggestions people often search. But after being improved, Google will suggest you content that has never been found or never thought of.

Google also upgraded the advanced search for shopping to make shopping easier for users by providing real-time suggestions such as stock status, color, available stores, etc.

The new Google search algorithms are expected to be updated first in the US and will be available globally in a few months.
