Google+ changes the way links are displayed, similar to Facebook

This display helps users to actively click on links, and display content more fully than before. This change is similar to the display that Facebook is applying.
Previously when sharing links on Google+, the link only showed small avatars in the left corner, blue and underlined headlines. The shared links this week will apply new displays, the old links are not synchronized but still use the previous interface.
