In a lawsuit stating Microsoft's automatic update to Windows 10 has caused computers and software to monitor the camera of this person malfunction. Therefore, the plaintiff asked Microsoft to pay the $ 3450 compensation.

In this lawsuit, Microsoft only tried to prove that the user's device was not affected by the upgrade to Windows 10 operating system, but does not deny the user to upgrade to Windows 10. Microsoft confirmed the company. Do not control the application that controls the camera surveillance system or any application installed on Windows. Therefore, user allegations are unfounded.

Even so, the Finnish dispute settlement agency has given the judge a favor for the plaintiff. Specifically, the Council proposed to penalize Microsoft with the amount of 1270 USD (nearly 30 million VND).
