Apple launched a support website to switch from Android to iOS

Apple has just released a website to support users to switch from Android to iOS.

Switching to another mobile operating system is always challenging for many people. In particular, moving, backing up contacts, calendar, email, photos, multimedia files . to new devices has made many people " crazy ". Some companies have realized this is an obstacle preventing users from switching to using their device or platform, so some solutions have been offered by these companies. For example, Sony has released the Xperia Transfer toolkit to transfer all data from old devices (running Android or iOS) to their Xperia devices.

Apple has just had a similar move when releasing a dedicated website to help users switch from Android to iOS. Obviously after releasing the iPhone 6 with a larger screen, Apple is confident it will attract a number of users from Android to its platform.

On the website with " Move content from your Android phone to iPhone " (transferring data from your Android device to iPhone) will have specific instructions for transferring data from Android device to iOS.

To convert images, videos, contacts, calendar work users can sync via social network accounts such as Facebook or use 3rd party applications such as " Copy My Data " or " AT&T Mobile Transfer ". Both applications are available in the App Store and Play Store and are recommended by Apple for conversion.

For multimedia files such as videos, music, images, users can use computers and iTunes software to sync. Basically, users must connect their Android device to the computer via iTunes to copy the data to the computer before transferring it to iPhone.
